Not impressed.Made my floors super wet - they could have warned me that it could get super wet before coming so I could prep the area with plastic or something?? I have vinyl floors so they can get damaged if too much water comes in contact...very inconsiderate.The guy got here 15 mins early, unannounced even when I had told him to text me 15 minutes before he arrives.Started cleaning, doesn't really care about my floors or anything in my house....there are scratches on the floor now as a result from him using his equipment etc.He disassembled my fabric couch...did his cleaning and then...leaves the cleaned cushions/sofa parts outside in my courtyard ON THE DIRTY FLOORS??I am sorry but it is dirty outside. So I told him...it's dirty outside." and he responded with "no it's not." with a smile. Excuse me???! Ridiculous.Paid him...not particularly happy with overall service."

Wish I had read reviews of this company before booking them to clean my carpets. The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Old leaking machine was used and covered my floor in water. The technician didn't even have a mop or towels to clean up the mess.Think twice about using this company.

Booked with them three times and all three where cancelled, first two we were contacted happy to be informed those two times.The last cancellation we were not contacted at all, I called and was told our carpet repair was cancelled even though I had a confirmation email and phone call two weeks prior.

DO NOT RISK USING ALL CARPETS IN PERTH - if I could give a ZERO score, I would!! All Carpets DO NOT list a business address, an ABN or an ACN on their website, so I'm not sure if they are a legitimate, registered business - BEWARE!!! I did an ASIC website ABN search - no listing was found!! All Carpets have ruined my carpet, put a gouge in my staircase, and caused damage to my neighbours floorboards requiring complete replacement!! We also eventually had to remove the damaged carpets and replaced with floorboards - TAKE NOTE: our $120 carpet cleaning experience cost us $5,000!!! We have had ongoing correspondence with All Carpets without any resolution whatsoever - they continue to deny responsibility or liability for damage, even though evidence against them is overwhelming. Carpets were left soaking wet and took almost 48 hours to dry (Friday 11am to Sunday 10am) website suggests 4-8 hrs drying time. Over the next few months, our carpets have gradually stretched, along with large and unslightly ripples appearing. I have photo evidence that the carpets were in perfect condition prior to All Carpets steam cleaning, and now every room is rippled and bubbled. Along with sustaining this carpet damage, the technician also dropped his large cleaning canister from my top landing onto the second stair (of our brand new staircase) leaving a gouge on that step. I immediatey sent photo evidence, however this was ignored and was never acknowledged by All Carpets. I was also required to assist the technician with carrying his cleaning equipment both up and down our staircase, even though All Carpets knew our cleaning requirements were on the second floor. Had I not been available or physically able to assist the technician, I shudder at the thought of the extensive damage he likely would have caused. On the SAME day, using the SAME antiquated equipment, the SAME technician from All Carpets damaged both my property and my neighbours property, and regardless of evidence, pages upon pages of back and forth correspondence, they reject both our claim and our neighbours claim. DO NOT RISK USING ALL CARPETS, AS THEIR ONLINE MANTRA satisfaction guaranteed" IS DECEIVING AND INACCURATE. Prior to the attendance of All Carpets

Wish I had read the reviews before hiring this company for a carpet stretch. Not sure if the contractor had ever carried out a carpet stretch before as I was left with gaps and a carpet not attached to the grippers. After care was worse than the service. DO NOT use this company, you will regret it! Sadly, these are not the before pictures..

Was over a little bit disappointed. The appointment was booked over a week in advance to clean three chairs, the technician rang me to bring the appointment forward by 30 minutes, so left work early to comply for him to arrive an hour after that time. On arrival he insisted on a cash payment which I didn't have on me. The cleaning method involved alot of water being on the floor, which i needed to mop afterwards. And while I know the service does not specifically stain remove, alot of the small stains on the couch did not come out in the clean which they usually do.

DO NOT use this company at all. They use subcontractors and botched up my carpet so badly that I need to have the whole carpet replaced. That was the repair done and they think that the job was acceptable.

The experience was first class .I called several companies last Sunday looking for someone to come to my home to clean 2 rugs and sofa and chair and dining room chairs. All Carpets Cleaning Company returned my call within 15 minutes and I was able to book the appointment for Monday . I still have not had a returned call from the other companies I called.Guy arrived on time and explained the process and did an outstanding job with the carpets, dining room chairs and sofa. They took extra care on some of the more delicate areas and I was most impressed with how hard they worked and left my floors in a better state before they got here.I would highly recommend All carpets.They are a great team

Carpet cleaning was average, bumped paint off the walls (which I can live with) and spilt cleaning solution on the carpet staining it. The carpet stretcher while reaffixing the carpet down punctured the HDMI and antenna cables hidden around the edges that we had discussed were there, on the carpet tack strip destroying them both.Upon notifying All Carpet Cleaning & Repair, the supervisor understood the damage from the photos and description I provided them, but failed to provide any method to remedy or even bother to follow up. As a last resort and to prevent others from recieveing this type of customer service, I’m sharing my costly experience that I had remedy myself.

Keep looking. Wish I'd read the reviews before reaching out for a quote - the negative reviews are bang on.Pros: Quote was quick, responsive, polite and professional. Top stuff for their admin & booking team.Cons: Three hours late. Called to tell me the carpet was too worn to stretch the rolls out of in the hallway. No solutions offered. I asked the workman to either do his best, or not to worry about it. He told me that I'd still have to pay callout (?), so I clarified that I wanted him to try to fix what he could, and attend to the other rooms that needed work.They then demanded I pay by credit card over the phone (which is such a bad idea for so many reasons), and hung up on me when I asked them to send an invoice.The final work was very minimal - some lumps removed from one room, and one corner re-stuck down. The hall carpet was left partially detached from the floor, with no improvement.$350.So if you're after sub-par work and poor service, look no further.
